Enroll with e Systems Academy
Great technicians aren’t just hired — they’re developed.
e Systems Academy is our in-house training and mentorship program designed to give people real-world IT experience while working alongside our team.
The program reflects something personal to our founder, Nick Glover, who holds a master’s degree in education and believes strongly in learning through practical experience.
Who It’s For
e Systems Academy is designed for people at different stages of their journey into technology:
How It Works
Participants join e Systems as paid hourly employees and train alongside experienced technicians while supporting real client environments.
The program typically lasts three to six months, depending on the individual and their goals.
A Path to Opportunity
Several technicians who began in e Systems Academy have transitioned into full-time roles at our company. Even for those who move on to other opportunities, the program provides valuable experience, mentorship, and clarity about working in the technology field.
